Screening for Obstructive Sleep Apnea

Concerned that you or someone you know might have sleep apnea? If you experience or have any of the following, then your risk for sleep apnea is significantly increased:

  • Snoring
  • Gasping, choking, or stopping breathing
  • Dry mouth in the morning
  • Frequent bathroom visits during the night
  • Headache in the morning
  • Neck size >16.5″ (men) and >15″ (women)
  • Overweight
  • Tired, sleepy, or low energy
  • Diabetes, high blood pressure, or irregular heartbeats
  • Trouble focusing
  • Sleepiness while driving
